Welcome to Integrity. These Terms govern your use of our workspace — a place where documents, canvases, and AI chats work together as one connected thinking environment.
By using Integrity, you agree to these Terms. If something here doesn't work for you, please don't use the service — or reach out to us at [email protected] and let's talk.
Integrity is a unified workspace for creating, organizing, and exploring knowledge. You can write in documents, think visually on canvases, and interact with AI — all in one place that understands context across everything you do.
**What we're not built for:**We're designed for general knowledge work, not for industries with specific regulatory requirements like healthcare (HIPAA), finance (FINRA), or payment processing (PCI-DSS).
If you work in a regulated field, make sure your use of Integrity complies with your organization's policies and applicable laws.
**Age requirement:**You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your region) to use Integrity. We do not knowingly collect information from or provide services to children under 13. If we discover an account belongs to someone under 18, we will terminate it immediately.
Every note, canvas, database, chat, and project you create in Integrity belongs to you. Full stop.
We don't claim ownership. We don't train our AI models on your private content. We don't sell your work to anyone.
To make Integrity work, you grant us a limited license to:
Store and sync your content across your devices
Display it in your workspace and to collaborators you invite
Process it when you use AI features (so Claude or GPT can actually read your context)
Maintain operational copies as needed to provide the service
That's it. We only use your content to run the service you're paying for.
